Fridge is awesome. I put it in the back and connected it to my batteries. Checked it this morning and they were still at 99%. It is really quiet as well. I think the fan in my laptop is louder. Very impressed so far. I have cold watermelon again!
I started cutting up pieces of the aluminium I got the other day. I got 30 metres and I thought I’d have a heap left over, but I don’t think I will have much left over. Tonight my attempt at building the boxes around my wheels didn’t go quite to plan (I probably should expect this of everything). The depth of the wall changes either side of the wheel wells. It’s not a big drama, but I didn’t account for it assuming they would be symmetrical.
I also snapped the hacksaw blade before I was even half way through cutting the tubes I needed to be able to mount the platform for the bed.
Tomorrow I might take an angle grinder to speed the process up.
Working from home isn’t as easy as using the factories at work. I haven’t got light all around me and I’m cutting things in the kitchen and waling back and forth to the driveway. I might head back to work on Thursday night after everyone has left…
